My Breeze

So since Summer was put down on Saturday, I expected alot of crying from Breeze- her sister....who hasn't spent more than an hour away from Summer since they were born.  But she has surprised me.  I haven't heard her cry at all.  Im guessing in her mind she knew this was coming- she must be alot smarter than I gave her credit for.  The one thing I have noticed with Breeze though is that she has become alot more social these days.  She is in the room with us all the time now.  Where as before, the two dogs would sleep together in the living room away from us.  Now Breeze is cuddling on the couch and wants to be with us all the time. Today I even moved her dog pillow into the study with me and she has been sleeping here for a few hours now.  I know she is lonely without her sister.  Im just glad she is leaning on us for support- and I love it- having a dog cuddle up with you on cold nights is a nice thing.
