Jake's "Tear it up" Blanket
Jake has this affinity for this very old baby blanket of his...he just cannot seem to let it go, even though countless new blankies have been knit for him, thanks to Nana. This blanket is called his "Tear it Up" blanky....and he doesn't sleep with it any more, but he likes to get it down off the shelf and cuddle with it. I haven't washed this blanky for a very long time...truthfully Im afraid it will just fall to pieces.....so Im sure it stinks and Im not sure the allure of the "tear it up" blanky, but it has Jake deep in it's spell. Here are 2 pictures I took yesterday with Jake and his "tear it up" blanky......see Nana! We really DO use these blankets until there is nothign left of them.
