Your life is kind of in flux right now, so you can't do a lot about stuff like your job security situation at 3am - but you should get up, write down all the stuff you need to do and then, once it's recorded so you know you won't forget it, give yourself permission to let it go and stop worrying about it. That should eliminate at least some of the things you're stressing about. Maybe it will be enough to let you sleep.

It sucks that travel (which is meant to be fun) can be so stressful - especially in the days leading up to it.
